Municipalities

Town halls, public works yards, parks, and outbuildings — limited municipal scope, not a county-wide enterprise program.

Public building exterior

Representative municipal building — entries, clerk windows, and public-facing doors.

Municipal sites are usually a main building, a yard, and something the public never sees until it breaks.

We design for borough and township scale: a town hall, a public works garage, a park pavilion, a water or pump station at the edge of town. The same tools as private work — cameras, switching, point-to-point — with documentation an elected board can follow.

We are not bidding multi-year county contracts or staffing a standing municipal crew. The engagement is design and specification; install goes to a certified integrator you choose or we introduce.

Product lines we spec on these sites.

Design for how the site is used day to day.

  1. 01

    Public-facing buildings

Entries, council chambers, and clerk windows — G3 Intercom at public entries, Intercom Viewer at the desk, plus entry records and cameras where visitors interact.

  2. 02

    Yards and outbuildings

Salt domes, fleet parking, and equipment storage that never got fiber. Radios off the main building when LOS allows.

  3. 03

    Parks and remote corners

Fields, pavilions, and parking that need power and a path — cellular or satellite head-end when there is nothing to extend from. Pop-up carnivals on the park lawn use the same cellular enclosure pattern as retail mobile kits.

Related consulting: door access & intercom, networking & site links, camera systems.

Municipal sites and public works

Town halls, yards, and parks need evidence and deterrence — without enterprise license rent or a standing guard contract.

  1. 01

    Vandalism and graffiti

Cameras in parks and yards regularly produce multi-year stretches with zero repeat damage in locations that were hit every season.

  2. 02

    Evidence quality

Clear footage speeds investigations and gives police something usable — not a blurry still from a consumer camera.

  3. 03

    Staff efficiency

One operator can monitor several sites remotely instead of driving between yards after every alarm.

  4. 04

    Budget reality

Borough-scale clients care about maintenance cost and avoiding expensive guard contracts. Local, license-free Protect-style systems land well when documented for council.

Ranges below come from common industry reports and owner feedback — your site, insurance carrier, and operation will differ. We size systems to the property, not to a brochure.
