A lot of sites do not need a second rack. They need a dry, breakered, switched drop at a gate, a pole, or a pad — one camera, one access controller, one intercom, or a Starlink or Peplink head-end when there is no building to hang off.
This is the outdoor path enclosure: IP65 metal, wall or pole mount, exhaust fans for moisture, breaker plant, and a layout for a single path device. It is not a point-to-multipoint hub and not a full IDF. If you need several radios, multiple cameras, and DIN-rail switching for a compound hop, that is the basic point-to-point enclosure.
