A lot of sites do not need a second rack. They need a dry, breakered, switched drop at a gate, a barn, or a mid-span pole so a camera or a radio has honest power.
This cabinet is that drop: outdoor enclosure, breaker, DC plant, small switch. It is not an access-control riser and not a full IDF. If you need lock power or a 24-port PoE switch, that is a different drawing.
